Painzen provides consulting services in operational audit, economic stabilization, and commercial risk management, aimed at eliminating critical loss points in companies' financial structures. Services include overhead expense analysis, cost reduction strategies, and specialized courses.
The user undertakes to provide complete and accurate financial information for the audit process. Painzen undertakes to treat data confidentially and deliver reports based on objective analysis. Any recommendation is offered in good faith, without guaranteeing specific financial results.
Painzen cannot be held liable for indirect losses or decisions based solely on the recommendations provided. Total liability for any claim is limited to the value of services purchased in the last 12 months.
Payment for services is made in full before delivery, according to the issued invoice. In case of cancellation within 14 days of purchase, 50% of the amount is refunded. After delivery of the audit report, no returns are accepted.
Painzen reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services in case of non-payment, provision of false data, or breach of terms. The user may request termination at any time, with 30 days prior notice.
These terms may be modified with 15 days prior notice, published on the website. Continued use of services after the modification implies acceptance of the new conditions.
